It's our mid-year WRC review! A little longer than normal, but hopefully worth the listen.

We have a chat to Malcolm Wilson of the BP-Ford World Rally Team and Paul Howarth of the Subaru World Rally Team about final half of the season and the FIA announcements on rule and calendar changes.

Plus, Amberie Kat of the What in the Rally World blog pops in to talk about the first half of the season, and who she thinks will take out the 2007 season.

And don't forget to get your entry in to the APRC Live giveaway, for the chance to win an APRC 2006 Season DVD or fantastic APRC rally gear.

As always there's plenty of music, this week from:

Jodi Martin - "Jump Straight In". Originally from the coastal semi-desert region near Ceduna, South Australia, Jodi Martin has written songs for Kasey Chambers as well as supporting Arlo Guthrie and Bruch Cockburn. This track is from here 2001 release 'Water and Wood', on Hot Bread Records

Buy at: iTunes Music Store or eMusic.

Sundayze - One Experiment. Sundayze is an acoustic-funk-rock-reggae-dub band, based on Sydney's Northern Beaches. They're inspired to create music that complements the sport of surfing and will transport any listener into a world of chilled out and mellow sounds that you can groove to.

"Sundayze soulful noise thawed the wintry WAVES office into a steamin' summers day" - WAVES Surfing Magazine, October 2006

Mitch Salisbury & The Sarcasm Professors - Blue. When not playing with The Idea, Mitch takes a 90 degree turn to front the The Sarcasm Professors . This track will be launched on August 20, downloadable from iTunes and Napster.

Jeremiah and the Charles Darwin Band - Freedom. A fully committed, self generated, young and energetic band, playing at every opportunity and currently touring the east coast. The group has an infectious and humble nature on and off stage, exerting a huge energy that has been compared to the greats of Australian music.

Jeremiah's live CD is available by emailing him at jeremiah_songwriter@hotmail.com

Background music: Cargo Cult - 'Wed', 'Sunday' and 'Dirt' (courtesy of Magnatune). Incidental music by Derek K. Miller.

If you like the song, email the artist and let them know. Or, better still, buy a CD!
